1. Payment Methods
Only bank deposits and interbank transfers are accepted and bank details will be sent once the order is confirmed.
a) Cash Deposit - Cash deposit at nearest Bank to Fashion Giraffe Bank Account.

b) Online Banking/ Transfer - Login e-banking to transfer payment into Fashion Giraffe bank account.


2. Shipping Information
There are several postal method, it depends on which one you prefer: 


Poslaju 
The fastest and most secured method. Require signature upon recipient, but rather expensive. 
(Takes 1-2working days to arrive) 

Registered Mail 
Postal period like normal post, but secured. Require signature upon recipient.
Takes 3-7working days or longer to arrive)

          - Registered mail:RM4.00
          - Poslaju:RM8.00

          - 3-4pcs
          - Registered Mail:RM5.00

          - FOC

• COD

          COD accepted in certain areas in Penang (upon arrangement).
          Kindly allow 1-2 working days for delivery upon sending .
          Buyers bear the risk of goods lost in delivery
